How to order
Just take a look at the range of caps and hats on this website and when you find something you like click the "Add To Cart" button. This will take you to your shopping cart, where you can confirm your selection size and proceed to our secure payments page.
Here you will be asked a few details that we need to fulfil your order.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque please email your order to email@example.com together with your delivery address and we will send you the invoice details.
We accept payment in Sterling and Euros.
An e-mail will be sent to confirm your order with Max-Cap.
All orders are usually sent out within 24 hours. If you want us to hurry things along just let us know and we will do our best.
We box our hats (we do not want to send you something that looks like it has been sat on by an elephant).
All UK mainland orders are sent using the Royal Mail First Class delivery service. We charge £3.50 for this regardless of the size of the order. Also, you will only be charged once, even if we end up sending out several packages.
Overseas orders are sent by International 1st class delivery. We charge £7.00 for this. Max-Cap is not liable for any local duties that may apply. If you would like us to gift-wrap your order or add a personal message, this will cost an extra £1.50 per delivery.
We do our best to ensure that your hats arrive in tip-top condition. Unfortunately things can go wrong. If your order is damaged or incorrect let us know within 14 days of receipt and we will sort it out. The best way to contact us is via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you want a refund or exchange you can return your order. We won't ask any questions, but we do request that it is returned to us within 14 days and the goods must be unworn. We will try and process your return the day we get it, but please allow up to 14 days of receipt in case we are snowed under. Please note that the cost of returning the item is borne by the purchasers.
